Lange Home Inspection is a family-owned, well-respected residential home inspection company serving the state of Texas. Based in New Braunfels, we are established and expanding throughout the central Texas area.
As a Realtor Relations/Growth Coordinator, you will help drive business to our inspection team by establishing relationships with Central TX (SA/Austin area) real estate agents and their support teams, who serve as our main referral base. You’ll educate realtors on the unique value we bring to the home buying process and to their clients.

Your Mission
The main goal of the Realtor Relations/Growth Coordinator is to drive business to the inspection team. You will help build strong brand awareness by creating relationships with realtors and brokers. Together with the team, you will look for opportunities to maintain and improve our level of customer service throughout all steps of the home inspection process.
Primary Objectives
- Learn and implement 5x5 prospecting techniques
- Cold calling/warm calling top producing real estate agents in our service area with a focus on establishing lasting relationships and scheduling/leading 1:1 meetings.
- Transition from phone to in-person meetings
- Create, improve and document cold calling scripts and follow-up schedules.
- Performing presentations to top real estate offices/top producing teams.
- Complete routine drop bys or pop-ins at area real estate offices to maintain ongoing relationships.
- Maintain database of top performing agents in specified region for prospecting purposes.
- Work with sales team (Cathy & Jana) to create and maintain an agent retention program/schedule with a heavy focus on timely follow-ups (rule of 36 touches per year).
- Track, document and report all weekly growth activity according to agreed upon performance measures.
- Help create and improve materials necessary to market to realtors and brokers.
- Create and publish social media content, targeting realtors primarily.
- Help generate new ideas and improve existing processes.
- Track and report all monthly expenses and uphold a predetermined budget.
- Develop relationships with industry leaders….At your discretion depending on what it takes to develop a relationship with a top agent this can include things like attending affiliate meetings/sponsorships/etc. (Avoid getting suckered into agreeing to pay for expensive lunches, sponsorships, etc. that don’t attract top agents)
- Help create marketing content in coordination with inside sales team as necessary.
- Learn the basics of the home inspection process and services we provide. This will include visitation of home inspections to meet the inspectors and see how they do their inspections, reviewing 10+ inspection reports to get a feel for report detail/how easy they are to read/etc., asking LHI team members questions to learn to convey the value of LHI to agents.
- Attend group coaching meeting
- Complete assigned reading "7 Levels of Communications" by Michael Maher
- Spending time improving skills to overcome objections/increase sales
Performance Measures
This position is highly dependent on achievement of specific growth goals. We aim to eliminate guesswork by providing clear key performance measures so all parties are on the same page about ongoing performance. The measures below are an example, they may change based on the individual and with time.
- Attend weekly accountability meeting with manager (~15 minute meeting)
- Nothing carries over to the next week. All targets should be hit, all databases updated, and the accountability report sent to Jana prior to weekly meetings.
- Weekly goals
- 1st week 24 calls/12 contacts
- 2nd week 36 calls/18 contacts
- 3rd week going forward 48 calls/24 contacts
- Minimum of 2 office visits per week
- Complete 3 Top Producer (TP) in person meetings, phone meetings, or zoom meetings
- Gain 3 new agents per week. (12 new agents per month is goal)
- Monthly goals
- 1 or more team/office presentations per month
- 12 new agents per month
- Working with inside sales team as necessary to make calls/emails/entering contact information into the CRM system for the following:
- Have Not Heard (HNH) agents (Agents who have used us in the past but have not used us within 90 days)
- HNH or Top Producers (TPs) or other agents captured
- TPs that you have met with that have not used us yet
- Contacts from presentations or team meetings attended for the week, every agent that attended should be called and emailed
- New agent calls, every agent is called and emailed
- Logging all call notes/etc. in CRM system
- Social media engagement touchpoints under your business avatar account to maintain agent relationships

Work Hours
8 am - 5 pm
3 Days/Wk (Every Monday with two other work days each week. Note: Must submit activity log/hours worked each week to manager. Weekly accountability meeting with manager).
Event/Sponsorship activities will be at your discretion depending on how you are trying to develop a relationship with a top agent.
